In case your parcel can't be delivered, the postman would leave a non-delivery notice with date and address of the post office where you will be able to pick your pacel up. Please take proof of identity when collecting your order.
Delivery time: Your parcel will be delivered by 2 to 3 days. 
Timing is calculated in working days, excluding week-ends and legal holidays.
Advice: Get your parcel delivered at work and avoid any need to go to the post office.

Attention: From the date mentionned on the non-delivery notice, you have 14 days to pick up your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouses.

In the event of your absence or should the courier be unable to deliver your order, the courier will leave a calling card in your letterbox stating the date when the order will be available to collect from your nearest depot. Please take proof of identity when collecting your order.
Delivery time: Next day delivery before 6pm for orders placed before 11am.

Returns

You have a period of 14 days to return the items which are unsuitable from receipt of your order.

Return conditions:
Any return should be done through explicit request to our customer service (please see article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sales “Right to withdraw”).
Returned goods must be in their original packaging (neither opened nor used) and complete (product label and accessories).
The package must be sent via "Colissimo Suivi remis conre signature" (with Signature).
Note that all return will only lead to a refund - No exchange possible

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) you will receive a confirmation email stating that our depot has received your return.

Refund terms:

A refund will be automatically made to the credit card used at the moment of purchase for all items returned which are compliant to the above conditions.
You will be informed via email regarding the refund and shall be paid within:
- 2 to 3 days for debit cards: immediate refund
- 30 working days for differed - debit cards

Jewellery guarantee

Reminiscence jewellery is guaranteed for a period of 2 years, from the day the order is received. This guarantee includes any manufacturing defect. During this time, Reminiscence commits to replace or repair at no extra cost any piece which is found to be defective.


In order to apply for this guarantee, we invite you to contact the online Boutique customer service and to follow the below steps:
1) Have the order number to hand and the reference code of the item. All this information can be found on the proof of purchase or available on your personal online account.
2) Send an email to the online boutique customer service: serviceclient.estore@reminiscence.fr In order to process your claim as soon as possible we invite you to provide us with the following details: your name and surname, the order number and the reference code of the defective piece. We kindly ask you to be as precise and detailed as possible with the description of the fault and if possible to attach a photograph to the email.


Once the request has been received, the online Boutique customer service will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the procedure to follow.
Be informed that the guarantee does not apply to the general wear of the item or incorrect usage of detergent or cosmetic products.


In the event that the repair requested is not covered by the guarantee or if the guarantee has expired, REMINISCENCE, can offer (subject to availability of the piece) a paying repair service. To obtain a personalised quote, we kindly ask you to contact the online boutique customer service via email at the following address: serviceclient.estore@reminiscence.fr and follow the procedure outlined above.


The online boutique customer service will confirm within 48 hours upon the reception of your request, we will respond without fail by email within 8 days.
For all repair requests, the repair delay is estimated to be 30 days.
